REFUND POLICY

At Uniq, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality resources and exceptional customer support. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing them promptly. However, to ensure a fair and consistent refund policy, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Functioning Resource: If the resource you purchased from us is inherently flawed or does not function as described, and you have not received any support for the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. However, the resource must be proven to be defective, and you must contact our support team within three (3) days of the purchase date.

  2. Lack of Support: If you have purchased a resource that is functioning correctly but have not received any support from our team for more than three (3) consecutive days regarding an issue you are facing, you may be eligible for a refund. This policy applies only if the lack of support is solely due to our team's failure to respond within the specified timeframe.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Open Source Resources: If the resource you purchased is based on open-source software or code or is functioning as intended without any defects, refunds will not be provided. Open-source resources are provided as-is.

  2. Fully Functional Resources: If the resource you purchased is working perfectly without any bugs or issues, refunds will not be granted. We encourage you to thoroughly review the resource's description and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

  3. Support beyond three (3) days: If you have received support for the resource you purchased, but the issue persists, refunds will not be granted. We will continue to work with you to resolve the problem, but refund eligibility is limited to the initial three-day period without support.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via Discord Tickets within three (3) days of your purchase, providing detailed information about the issue you are facing.

  2. Our support team will review your request and assess its eligibility based on the refund policy criteria mentioned above.

  3. If your refund request meets the criteria, we will process the refund within five (5) days to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Note: Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please understand that this refund policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our customers and our company. It helps us maintain the quality of our products while providing timely support to those who require it.
