Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Uniq Scripts, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products for FiveM servers. Due to the nature of our digital goods — where files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" — all sales are generally considered final.
This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which refunds may be granted, in compliance with Tebex Limited's terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
- The purchased script is fundamentally broken and cannot be used as described.
- You received an incorrect or incomplete product that differs significantly from what was advertised.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Lack of support: If you have purchased a resource that is functioning correctly but have not received any support from our team for more than three (3) consecutive days regarding an issue you are facing, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Open Source Resources are provided as-is, if it is functioning as intended without any defects, refunds will not be provided
- The issue is caused by your server configuration, conflicting resources, or framework incompatibility that was clearly stated on the product page.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong framework version despite it being clearly listed (ESX, QBCore, QBOX).
- Subscription payments already processed for the current billing cycle.
- Gift card purchases once redeemed or delivered.
- Support beyond 3 days: If you have received support for the resource you purchased, but the issue persists, refunds will not be granted. We will continue working with you to resolve the problem.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Uniq+ subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Tebex customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date but will not be charged again.
Partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle are not provided.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of our terms. Doing so will result in:
- Permanent suspension of your account and access to all purchased products.
- Revocation of product licenses tied to your Cfx.re account.
- Ineligibility for future purchases from Uniq Scripts.
Please contact our support team first — we will always try to resolve the issue fairly.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Join our Discord server or email us directly.
- Open a support ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and Cfx.re username.
- Describe the issue in detail — include screenshots, server logs and steps to reproduce if applicable.
- Our team will respond within 72 hours and assess your request.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Tebex Limited, our payment provider. Once approved, funds typically return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
