Introducing system where players have opportunity to send & receive parcels which are either money, items or vehicles!

Features

• Each dispatched parcel carries its unique date of dispatch, which remains unchanged from the day of dispatch and is visible in the menu.
• Once a parcel is opened, it is permanently removed from both the database and the user's post office records.
• Every player's account displays the total number of parcels received, located in the bottom left corner of the menu. 
• Upon adding a new parcel to the account, the total count of received parcels increases by 1. 
• In the top right corner of the menu, the current count of unopened packages is displayed, adjusting dynamically based on the number of unopened parcels. 
• When the menu's parcel count reaches capacity, a scroll bar is generated, enabling infinite scrolling and allowing players to have an unlimited number of parcels. 
• Rewards configured for this feature include:
  • Money (can be 'money', 'black_money', or 'bank')
  • Items
  • Vehicles (with plate configuration specified in the config file)
